# 2 ... wrong. rifling of the barrel cannot be repaired, bad barrels shoud be replaced.

#3 ... value of barrel ranges from P7,000 to P15,000

The original 1911 brl is far behind than the brls that are produced now speciall barsto ultimatch and other brand which produces brls for match purposes. We have CNC now in the 1900 they have see and see to avoid mistakes. on your next visit I'll show you the difference. thank your inquiry.

1.Ka Oca, how good does a WWII colt barrel in terms of Accuracy and durability compare to commercial barrel now a days or to a 779 barrel?

2.Is It true that this type of barrel was repaired by ANAD way back 1982, reason why it called 80 series ?

3. Value of a well condition colt barrel now a days ?

Thanks for possible inputs and knowledge you may share, just to enlighten my curiosity.
